Women have been at the forefront of the agricultural sector in Ghana for many decades. However, they have not fully benefitted from the returns that accumulate from their efforts. Asafoods Limited will employ and train an equal number of male and female workers to provide professional development and growth for female farmworkers leading to lifting women out of poverty and unpaid work.
