By establishing an apprenticeship program, members of the community as well as the larger farming community in Torgome, and indeed other parts of the country become certified in the Agricultural Equipment Technician and Farm Technician trades. Apprentices learn modern farming techniques, farm safety, and earn new skills in agriculture and agro-processing.
