Mr Kwabena Asante

Mr Asante has worked in various law firms in Ghana and his experience in these differing law environments ensures that his approach to law is comprehensive and well informed. His areas of interest include Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Commercial Law, Wills and Estate and Arbitration.

Prior to Mr Asante’s Legal profession, he was an astute banker with Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) as Branch Manager, Area Manager, as well as in the Credit Management & recovery department. His academic qualifications include BA (Hons) Economics – University of Ghana 1977, MA Development Studies – Erasmus University, Institute of Social Studies Rotterdam- The Hague-1994, LLB – Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Ghana – 2008, Bachelor of Law BL), Ghana Law School -2011.
